THE HEADLINE RESULTS ARE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n- Three countries improved their score with 14 or more points.<\/li>\r\n
- Seven leading countries have 60 points or more, top score 80 out of 100 (UK).<\/li>\r\n
- Fifteen countries are doing reasonably well with 50 to 59 points.<\/li>\r\n
- The remaining 14 countries fail to score at least 50 points so need to do much more.<\/li>\r\n
