Luk Joosens was invited by the Dr. Esteve Fernandez to Barcelona take part in the Tobacco Control Seminars -organised periodically by the Tobacco Control Unit of the Institut Català d'Oncologia as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Tobacco Control -to present to a friendly audience his longitudinal analyses of the evolution of the Tobacco Control Scale from its starts to the actuality and its future challenges.
